BVB Estland
"Meine Heimat, Meine Liebe"
On our emblem, you'll see an eagle, a tower, and the year of establishment — each element full of meaning, telling the story of our love for Estonia, Dortmund, and our club.
The tower represents Pikk Hermann — Estonia's most important tower, part of the majestic Toompea Castle, overlooking Tallinn's Old Town. Every morning the Estonian flag is raised at sunrise, and lowered at sunset to the sound of the national anthem, "Mu isamaa, mu õnn ja rõõm."
The eagle comes from the coat of arms of Dortmund — a symbol of strength, independence, and the city's historic significance as a Free Imperial City. It reflects our pride in Dortmund and the values that unite us with the club.
The emblem embodies our sincere and unconditional love for our homeland, the city of Dortmund, and Borussia Dortmund.
Echte Liebe.
